The location is second to none. Many great Bars and Restaurants within minutes walking, the entire city of Valletta with all its history and charms literally at your doorstep. Staying at Sally Port Suites enables you to feel like you are living in the Old City. The rooms are spacious and conveniently outfitted with a kitchen. The owners have masterfully restored a beautiful historic building into a deluxe boutique hotel. Would stay nowhere else but here when in Valletta. The location is second to none. Everything was perfect! Perfect location, the owners are very nice and helpful, the transport from the airport and t0 the airport was arranged for me. I loved the decor of the apartment.

Only a few minutes away from sights, restaurants and the bus station. Hidden away in a quiet corner of Valletta, so no street noise despite it being carnival weekend! Our host Liliana was friendly and helpful.

| We had a lovely welcome in the apartment. There were even roses and a fruit cake for my birthday. Hostess was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She took such a good care of us and the service was excellent, we have never had better service! The apartment was charming and nicely furnished and very functional. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. We liked the apartment so much that we even made dinner once at the apartment, because we just wanted to enjoy the evening there instead of going out every evening. | |||
| Tips for other travellers We liked most La Gaira restaurant and Eddie's cafe. There are so much to see in Malta, but we recommend travellers to see at least these places: Grandmaster's palace and Malta 5D in Valletta, Hypogeum and Tarxien temples, Palazzo Parisio in Naxxar, Domus Romana in Rabat/Mdina, Popeye Village in Mellieha and Cittadella's cathedral in Gozo Island. Everything is easily reached by bus. |

| Marvelous location, quiet, picturesque, close to everything but just aside from the tourist crowds. Nice balcony. Authentic tiles preserved. Modern equipment with a traditional touch.Lots of really very good restaurants around. The bus station 5 min away, with an access to practically every corner of the island. Liliana is a wonderful and attentive host. Ideal holiday outside season if one wants to have it quiet with a touch of adventurism (slow start in the morning, half day excursion elsewhere by bus, back on time for the next wonderful dinner in one of our favourite restaurants. | |||
| Tips for other travellers There is a list of really good restaurant in Liliana's folder in the apartment. One was not on th list but we liked it a lot: Capistrano in the Old Bakery Street 61. |
