any damages exceeding the total amount paid by You for the booking in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including:
liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence,
liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
liability arising from mandatory consumer rights under Maltese and EU law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
We provide the Service using reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Except as required by law, the Service is provided “as available” and without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

Disputes Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved, disputes may be referred to the Maltese courts, which shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to Your right as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your home country.

Severability and Waiver
